Can I return a piece of jewellery I bought on line?

Yes,

If you decide a piece is not for you, you can return it.

You cannot return an item if it was made to order, bespoke or remodelled or bought in person at a craft a fair. Please talk to me if you are unhappy with your new piece of jewellery so we can come to an arrangement where you can be happy. Refunds are offered for pieces purchased through our website within 14 days of receipt.

Items that have been engraved or specially altered at your request (not including ring sizes, bracelet sizes or chain lengths), unfortunately cannot be returned.

Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging and accompanied by their original order number/order receipt.

* Please note – refunds apply to online purchases only.  This is in line with EU policy. 

Pieces purchased in person through commission/remodelling and made specifically for you can’t be returned or exchange for another item.

THE STEPS

Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase to us.

Contact us to notify us of your return and advise whether you would like to exchange your piece or if you would prefer a refund.

Shipping costs for returned packages are the customer’s responsibility.

We would advise registering the package – please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

We will notify you once we receive your package and, provided the piece is in its original condition, we will process the exchange/refund immediately.

Please note

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and may take up to 7 days to show in your account.

International duties and taxes that have been paid on receiving an item cannot be refunded by Marianne Kenny Jewellery

Vouchers cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange my order?

Absolutely. Provided you contact me within 14 days of receipt of goods. Get in touch and we can sort an exchange out.

Exchanges are only available on ready made jewellery and not for bespoke or made to order items.

What are the shipping costs and wait times?

For the island of Ireland the cost for shipping is 10euro. If the item is in stock and you order before 2pm I can have the item shipped the same day, so It should only take 1-2 days to arrive. If the item is made to order please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive.

For Europe - Belgium,Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France,Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom (Wales, Scotland & England) Cost of shipping is 14euro and should arrive within 3-5 days if the item is in stock. Please allow for a longer wait period if the item has to be make to order. For express shipping costs 20euro and should arrive within 2 days.

For The USA & Canada shipping costs 17euro and should arrive in 4-5 days if the item is in stock.
